This rigorous programme culminated in a significant achievement: Robert was awarded the prize for best candidate, receiving a prestigious medal at the London Awards Ceremony. Beyond general and restorative dentistry, Dr. Eades possesses a highly specialised interest in endodontics – the treatment of the tooth's inner pulp, commonly known as root canal treatment. He solidified his expertise by completing a  Masters degree in Endodontology in 2023 demonstrating his commitment to tackling even the most challenging and intricate cases to save natural teeth. Robert uses highly effective and pain free lasers in his treatment protocols, and his successfully taken his Associate Fellow examinations for the World Clinical Laser Institute.
