Access into the practice
The main entrance to the practice is accessible for all patients. Disabled patients can be dropped off and picked up at the front of the practice, before parking.
The front door has an integrated ramp and is wide enough for wheelchair and pram access.
The reception and surgery one is located on the ground floor and is accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
We have a downstairs surgery which can be used at all times, please request this surgery on booking your appointment if required quote "surgery one".
Our second and third surgery is on the first floor with a banister rail at either side. If you do require any assistances going upstairs this may be yourself, taking a car seat or bags up, please ask any of our team.
Prams or luggage can be stored downstairs or can be transferred upstairs if you require.
Our facilities
Located on the ground floor is a disabled bathroom with baby changing facilities.
The waiting room downstairs provides room for a wheelchair and a pram.
Private feeding facilities for mum's, babies and children are available. Please ask any of our team for furthur details.
Additional things to help
Our team can organise an interpreter if required. A hearing loop is available in the reception.
Additional leaflets can be provided in large writing from reception or our team are more than happy read or go through any information privately.
