From the 1st of June we will not be providing NHS care at the practice. Our team are more than happy to talk to you; please phone 01937 833416 or if you prefer you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our team will be here for you from the 1st of June and onwards.
What happens now?
Our practice will be providing NHS care up until the 1st of June 2021, we will continue to see as many patients as possible. Please do contact us if you have any concerns or problems.
Can I still be referred for NHS referrals ie: braces?
The NHS referral pathway is accessible for private practices, all requirements for braces are exactly the same as being an NHS patient - Yes you can have NHS treatment.
I have a work scheme already what do I do?
If you join the membership or pay as you go you can claim back schemes/policy's, our team will provide you a receipt for your monthly payment or any treatment paid in practice.
Why did you give three months notice?
The notice period is a requirement from the NHS, we certainly will look after all patients as long as we can.
I have an exemption?
If you have an exemption and you would like to use this for your dental care we would recommend you call local practices asking if they have any NHS care.
Access for children?
We can provide access for children; £5 per month including the membership benefits. Under 6's are seen free under one membership.
We will be performing free access care events for children and providing support on prevention for schools in the area.
Please call us on 01937 833416 if we can help answer any questions.
